Bell is now listed on the Communications Marketplace – the new online tool for procuring design and communications services within the public sector.
Communications Marketplace is part of eMarketplace, and is designed to give buyers greater choice and flexibility. Once registered, you can search for suppliers by skill and/or location and send electronic requests for quotes (eRFQ) to a shortlist of preferred agencies. You then work with them directly, in a way that suits you.
Communications Marketplace is the successor the Agile Route to Market, and reflects feedback from buyers and suppliers. It works alongside the communications framework agreements: any contract over the OJEU threshold (currently £114,000) must be procured through the frameworks.
