Bell’s Construct: Your Future campaign for CITB has won a 2015 DBA Design Effectiveness Award.
These prestigious awards recognise the design and communications work that makes the biggest commercial impact, and Construct: Your Future is a perfect example.
It was a campaign that aimed to recruit young people into the construction industry, and made extensive use of social and digital channels to reach the target audience. It successfully increased awareness, with over 273,000 unique visits to one campaign site – 182% of the target. But it also fulfilled its goals, leading to increased recruitment with over 28,000 young people signing up for an apprenticeship place.
The Awards Ceremony takes place in February 2015, and on the night we will discover whether we have gold, silver or bronze.
The campaign won in the multichannel category, and has previously won an international brand transformation award.
