An integrated B2C campaign to brand and market a high-specification, Georgian-style development in the borough of Southwark, London for outright sale to domestic and international buyers.

Results
Bell completed the branding and integrated marketing ready for the initial phase, launched in October 2015 – comprising one, two and three bedrooms apartments starting at £435,000. The campaign launch has been a success so far with 60% of available properties either sold or reserved as of January 2016.
