Latimer launches Lampton Rise

Shared Ownership is becoming more and more prominent within the new build property market, especially in London. Most residential projects we’ve worked on include it, however, now we are seeing Shared Ownership only developments. Like Lampton Rise, by Latimer, a new build offer in Hounslow. We conceived the development name, the ‘Rise’ referring to the prominent ‘steps’ in the building’s architecture, as well as this being the first step onto the property market for buyers. We also developed the visual identity and key marketing materials, centred around a host brochure, CGIs and floor plans.
